Responsibilities

• Provide anaesthesia care for elective and emergency procedures across the hospital.
• Complete pre-operative assessment, perioperative planning, and post-operative follow-up.
• Support ICU and emergency teams with airway, resuscitation, and pain-management expertise.
• Participate in clinical audit, case review, and safe-practice improvement.

Requirements

• MD in Anaesthesiology or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Active Nepal Medical Council registration.
• At least five years of relevant post-specialisation experience.
• Clear, calm communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
