Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-informed nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient condition, maintain accurate records, and escalate changes promptly.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with hospital protocols.
• Support patients and families with clear, compassionate communication.

Requirements

• PCL Nursing or BSc Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Active Nepal Nursing Council registration.
• At least two years of ICU, HDU, or emergency nursing experience.
• Ability to work a rotating roster and collaborate under pressure.
